Life After Full-Time Work
For people leaving full-time work and ready for what's next. Whether it's retirement, cutting back or something completely different, you spent a career building something. Now build the life you want.
For decades, work gave your days a shape and your answer to "What do you do?" Then the calendar empties, the title goes away, and the question gets harder. Many people feel this most when they expected to feel free.
It doesn't have to be an ending. Everything you learned along the way, your judgment, your experience, the way people relied on you, is still yours. The question is where you want to spend it now: a new field, part-time work on your own terms, the interest you set aside for thirty years, or more time with the people who matter most.
The difference is knowing what you're moving toward. That's what this work is for.
No one has all the answers when they're facing something new. What helps is finding the anchors that matter, like purpose, family and the life you want, and using them as landmarks when the path isn't mapped yet. If you know what you're anchored to, you can find your way forward. Sagebrush
A statement of who you are, beyond any job title, in your own words.
Your possibilities map: the options you're exploring and the first step for each.
A whole-life view of how the pieces of your life fit together.
Your first-year plan: a simple weekly rhythm and how you'll review what's working.
A 90-day check-in to see what's working and adjust.
We start with a Discovery Session to see whether this is the right fit. Then six video sessions, roughly every two weeks, with a 90-day check-in afterward. Between sessions you try small things and notice what gives you energy. We bring that back and refine together.
If you'd like, your spouse or partner is welcome to join one session, since this chapter often involves both of you. It's entirely your choice.
